Project size can vary between 2-10 minute shorts that target a specific topic (i.e., how to level a brick in mortar using a mallet or set a fireplace insert) to multi-hour training modules that cover a full set of learning objectives (i.e., how to have a positive attitude and present a professional appearance in the workplace or promote a culture of customer satisfaction).
We know how to create interactive training that tracks course participation in terms of stop and start locations, provides “do”, “absorb”, and “connect” exercises that offers students feedback, tests their understanding of the provided content, offers remediation, and records their scores on quizzes and tests. RMI is adept at creating self-contained or Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant courseware that integrates seamlessly with any Learning Management System (LMS).
